2.2 Account Ownership

Your hkd88 account is your personal property and is non-transferable. No person may sell, rent or otherwise give their account to another person. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and the remaining balance may be forfeited.

Account Security and Identity Verification

It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential. If you suspect that someone has accessed your account without authorization, please notify our support team immediately.

3.1 KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

hkd88 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. The following documents may be requested during this process:

  • A copy of your National ID (NID) or passport.
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement (for address verification).
  • Relevant documents to verify ownership of the payment method.
  • A selfie photo or video verification (if required).

hkd88 reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold if verification documents are not submitted within the specified time.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following terms apply when depositing funds into hkd88:

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (the same for all payment methods).
  • Deposited funds must come from your own verified payment account.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
  • Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following rules must be followed when making a withdrawal:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • Withdrawal processing typically takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours.
  • The withdrawal process may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
  • hkd88 may temporarily suspend a withdrawal if an unusual transaction is detected.

4.3 Transaction Currency

All transactions on hkd88 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not supported.

Bonuses and Promotional Offers

hkd88 provides various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 25x wagering requirement must be met to receive and withdraw this bonus.

  • The bonus is applicable only once per account.
  • Withdrawals cannot be made before the wagering requirement is met.
  • Bonus claims have a specific validity period — if not used within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
  • Bonus funds can be used to play any accepted game, however the wagering contribution may differ for specific games.

5.2 VIP and Cashback Program

hkd88's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. The weekly cashback rate differs for each tier:

  • Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  • Platinum: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  • Diamond: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

VIP tier advancement depends on your overall activity and loyalty on the platform. Each VIP benefit has its own terms of use.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonus benefits, providing false information or any attempt to exploit the system is prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant bonus and earnings will be cancelled.

Section 6

Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all users for betting and gaming on hkd88:

6.1 Placing and Cancelling Bets

  • Once a bet has been confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
  • If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error or data feed issue, the original stake amount will be refunded.
  • hkd88 is not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection during live betting.

6.2 Result Determination

  • In sports betting, results are determined based on the official result of the relevant match.
  • If an event is postponed or abandoned, the bet will be settled according to the applicable rules.
  • Casino game results are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and fair play is ensured.

6.3 Betting Limits

hkd88 reserves the right to set maximum betting limits for any user or any event. If an unusual betting pattern is detected, hkd88 may conduct an investigation.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hkd88 platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts by the same person ("multi-accounting").
  • Match fixing or assisting with any form of cheating.
  • Using automated bots or software to manage bets or games.
  • Attempting unauthorized access to the platform's software or systems.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Opening an account under a false identity or using another person's identity.
  • Exploiting vulnerabilities or bugs in hkd88's system to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Threatening or harassing other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, hkd88 may immediately close the account and forfeit earned funds. In serious cases, legal action may also be taken.

Section 8

Limitation of Liability

hkd88 is not liable in the following situations:

  • If a game session is interrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • In the event of unauthorized third-party access to your account, if this was caused by your own negligence.
  • If the service is discontinued as a result of legal changes relating to online gaming in your country.
  • If the service is unavailable due to unforeseen technical errors or force majeure circumstances.
  • For financial losses incurred through gaming — gaming is a high-risk activity.

hkd88 always strives to maintain service quality, however it is not possible under any circumstances to guarantee continuity of service. The service may be temporarily suspended during maintenance or in emergency situations.

Account Closure & Suspension

10.1 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Any remaining balance (excluding bonuses) must be withdrawn before the account is closed. Contact our support team via 24/7 live chat.

10.2 Closure or Suspension by hkd88

hkd88 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

  • If any provision of these terms and conditions is violated.
  • If the identity verification process is not completed or false information is found.
  • If there is suspicion of money laundering or fraudulent activity.
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period (in accordance with the inactive account policy).
  • Due to legal or regulatory requirements.

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons, the verified remaining balance (minus any applicable deductions) will be returned. However, in cases of terms violations, the balance may be forfeited.
